Georgia special election: Karen Handel feels the pressure as Democrats aim to take seat controlled by Republicans for 38 yearsKaren Handel - fighting to hold onto a seat the Republicans have occupied four decades - received a message of support on the eve of polling in a pair of tweets from Donald Trump. “Karen Handel’s opponent in #GA06 can’t even vote in the district he wants to represent,” wrote Mr Trump, in tweets in which he initially misspelled Ms Handel’s name. Ms Handel, 55, a former state official, could probably use all the help she can get as she seeks to win the battle for Georgia’s 6th congressional district.

Michelle Obama's latest Instagram post gives new meaning to squad goals

Michelle Obama's latest Instagram post gives new meaning to squad goalsShoutout to former First Lady Michelle Obama for continuing to inspire us to keep up with our #HealthGoals. On Monday, Obama shared on Instagram that she frequently hosted workout bootcamps with her friends while she was in the White House. Even though she's no longer living on Pennsylvania Avenue, she decided to continue the tradition. When I was at the White House, I often hosted bootcamp weekends for my close girlfriends. It didn’t matter that we were all at varying fitness levels. Our bootcamp weekends were a reminder that if we want to keep taking care of others, we need to take care of ourselves first. And even though I’m no longer at the White House, I've continued this tradition and wanted to share some photos. My girlfriends have been there for me through all kinds of life transitions over the years – including a pretty big one recently! – and we’ve done our best to stay healthy together. Whether it’s a bootcamp or a walk around the neighborhood, I hope you and your crew can find some time this summer to be healthy together. A post shared by Michelle Obama (@michelleobama) on Jun 19, 2017 at 7:50am PDT The real Squad Goal is finding friends who will wipe your tears away when that bootcamp becomes too real. US data leak: 198 million Americans' personal information accidentally released

US data leak: 198 million Americans' personal information accidentally releasedA marketing company working for the Republican National Committee accidentally left sensitive personal details of almost 62 per cent of the US population exposed – reportedly the largest breach of electoral data in the US to date. Along with information on about 200 million US citizens’ home addresses, birthdates, phone numbers and political views, the information also included analyses used by political groups to predict where individual voters fall on controversial issues such as gun ownership, stem cell research and the right to an abortion. Stored in spreadsheets uploaded to the server owned by Deep Root Analytics, the huge cache of data was discovered last week by Chris Vickery, a cyber-analyst with the security company UpGuard.
