Israel set to finalise bill legalising wildcat outposts
Israel's parliament was set Monday to finalise a bill that would legalise dozens of Jewish outposts in the occupied West Bank, after the US had been updated on the issue. The White House had expressed reservations over Israel's settlement enterprise, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday he wanted to coordinate with Washington, leading to speculation the bill's final readings would be postponed again.
